Welcome to Beving Quarter Horses. We are a foundation Quarter Horse breeding farm located in north-central Iowa. We specialize in Pretty Buck-Blackburn bloodlines. Our senior sire is Fortys Last Chance, a red dun grandson of Pretty Buck and also a double bred Blackburn. The produce have been excellent colts that have excelled in the arena and in production for other breeders. We also are using a buckskin grandson of Bueno Chex, Zacharys Lena Chex who is a AQHA reining point earner, and a red roan line bred Roan Wolf stallion, Im Steel Gray to cross on our daughters of Fortys Last Chance and our other foundation bred mares.
Our goal each year is to breed an all around horse for multiple events in the arena and ranch that will have the bone, muscle, conformation, and most important, sound mind to accomplish your equine goals.
The foundation bloodlines of our breeding program need no introduction as they are some of the original bloodlines used as a cornerstone to build the American Quarter Horse Association. Our horses are eligible for any of the foundation quarter horse organizations and our offspring are a very high percentage of foundation blood.
Call today for information on our breeding program, or if you are in the area, stop in and we will be glad to show you our horses. Thank you for visiting our web site!

We would like to thank everyone who attended or purchased horses at the Blackburn-Pretty Buck Foundation Breeders Sale at Presho, SD on September 22,2007. We had buyers from 10 different states and our average per head increased from the previous year which is an encouraging sign for the horse industry. We have horses for sale at home so if you are looking for a performance or production prospect please check our website and call with any questions. Thank you.
